General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU data protection and privacy law which regulates the processing of personal data of individuals. GuestTrack is committed to making sure that our product complies with the GDPR.
Below are some suggestions on how to use GuestTrack in compliance with GDPR or other privacy regulations.
GDPR Features
Option to save details for future check-ins
Advise your visitors that they have the option to save or remove their details for future check-ins. When selecting "Remember Me", guest details will be saved in their browser.
Records Deletion
Under the GDPR, visitors can request you to remove their information.
Visitor records will be automatically removed once they reach the data retention period. Records can also be deleted manually from the GuestTrack management dashboard.
Records Export
Under the GDPR, visitors can request you to provide a copy of the data you have about them.
All visitor records can be downloaded into a csv or pdf file.
