GuestTrack offers 4 subscription options — Free, Basic, Enterprise, and Not For Profit — to suit businesses of every size and budget.
GuestTrack have introduced 4 subscription options.
Subscription Plans
Free Subscription
The free subscription offers you all basic features you need for Covid check-in. Features such as multiple locations and customisable visitor fields offer you great flexibility in creating visitor forms.
A small advertisement bar will show after guest check-in.
Basic Subscription
Upgrade to the basic subscription if you want an ad-free experience and more features.
Navigate to the Subscription tab on the management dashboard, choose Basic Plan and pay with a credit card.
An invoice will be emailed to you upon subscription. Subscription will renew automatically every month and you can cancel anytime.

Enterprise Subscription
If your business needs some bespoke features or you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.

Not For Profit Subscription
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the Not-for-profit GuestTrack Subscription, you must satisfy one of the following requirements:
- Your registered email ends with .gov.au or .org.au
- Your organisation is listed on the ACNC
To set up: Please contact us to provide the following information:
- Your business name
- ABN number
- A link to your organisation listing on the ACNC website
